Buktek LLC. does NOT sell NFA regulated items from our website. Jaguar Silencers on our website are to be used for educational and research purposes only. All sales of Jaguar Silencers occur through our distributor and dealer networks that possess an FFL license and SOT issued by the BATFE.
Laws from state to state differ and change. The purchase of all accessories or National Firearm Act (NFA) classified goods must be done by the customer in accordance with his or her state laws. Buktek does not assume any obligations or liabilities in connection with your purchase and accepts no liabilities for the misuse, modification, or abuse of its products that could result in either injury or death to the buyer or other third parties.
